Where does Pretty Smack ship to?
We ship to anywhere in the United States, Jamaica, Canada and The UK ONLY. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.
How is shipping calculated?
The shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
Do you accept returns or give refunds?
All sales are final. If you received your order and your product is either damaged or defective, please let us know within 5 days of the date of purchase by emailing PrettySmackCosmetics@gmail.com. We ask that you send us photos of your damaged item and/or a description of what is wrong in the body of the email. If we agree to the conditions stated of your product, we will exchange your product for the same item, or a similar item if your selection is no longer available. All exchanges are at the sole discretion of Pretty Smack.
I’m having trouble with my credit card information. What do I do?
If you get an error message saying your credit card authorization failed, double-check your billing address on the credit card and make sure it matches your order billing address, then try re-entering your CVN or security code, and be sure that your card is valid and not expired.
What happens if the product I’m looking for is out of stock?
If your item is out of stock, sign up to get notified when it is back in stock via email. Also, make sure to sign up for our newsletter to stay up to date on upcoming products and more.
